I’m Ann Chang, a Product Designer with 6+ years of combined experience across visual design, web design, and front-end development. With a dual background in design and engineering, I focus on building digital products that are not only visually refined, but also realistic to implement and scale.
My career began in an advertising agency as a Web Designer, where I developed a strong foundation in visual storytelling and interaction details. I later worked as a Front-End Engineer at ASUS, contributing to large-scale digital products with a focus on health management features and data visualization.
This engineering experience shaped how I approach design today—prioritizing structure, feasibility, and system-level clarity alongside user experience. In recent years, I’ve been deeply exploring AI and digital healthcare through applied, concept-driven case studies. I’m particularly interested in how AI can support better decision-making, improve communication between patients and clinicians, and enhance quality of life—beyond technology as an upgrade, toward technology as a meaningful aid.
At the same time, I remain open to a wide range of product challenges beyond healthcare, from consumer-facing applications to enterprise platforms. Regardless of domain, my approach stays consistent: translating complexity into clear, usable, and thoughtfully designed experiences.
Outside of work, I explore how technology shapes human life, while pursuing photography and drawing as part of my passion for visual storytelling.
